Body Language. Part 2.

During quarantine, there is more time to work on your body language. You can observe what gestures and postures public speakers have. Get some inspiration. You can ask your friends and relatives to provide you a kind feedback on your moves. Use the mirror to see yourself practicing. You can also videorecord yourself. Yes, it might feel strange. Please, remember that the point is NOT to criticize yourself. The point is to observe and notice which gestures you should highlight and which should be reduced. Emphasis your strengths and individuality, there is no other like you!
